At Roaming Healthcare, you can choose between free and low-fee listings. Our low-fee listings are charged monthly, with no lock-in contracts.

While there are no lock-in contracts, we recommend giving the platform a trial for a minimum of three months before cancelling. If you’re still not getting enquiries from the directory by the end of that period, please feel free to contact us. We’ll take a look at your listing and offer our recommendations.

We want to ensure that clients are able to access professional services through the Roaming Healthcare site, therefore we have some minimum requirements for all listing services which include:

Service Providers listed on our site need to have current licenses (suitable to their service) and insurances, an active ABN, and if required a police check. You will also need to confirm that you have registered a COVID Safe Work Plan.

We have a range of package options, starting from our FREE Start-Up pack to Premium Pack which each have a selection of benefits to every ones needs.

If you’d like to be a Roaming Healthcare Service Provider, you set up a profile that lists your skills, your location and a bit about you, so that prospective clients and carers can view all relevant details on your profile.

Once you’re both connected, you then connect with each other to set up a time and date to meet, discuss needs and terms, and in the instance all parties are in step, a service provider is appointed.

We provide the directory. We operate this hub to make it easy for clients and carers to be linked with local Service Providers for their needs.

We are also a scalable hub, and as we grow we will open up new locations.

The pricing is negotiated between the connected client or carer, and the Service Provider. The Service Provider will have a set of professional fees, payment methods and payment terms and that arrangement is negotiated independently of Roaming Healthcare.

Yes, you can. In fact, Roaming Healthcare often connects clinics, organisations and hospitals with Service Providers that they may need to cover staff gaps through annual leave, staff shortages and when they have specialist requirements.
