Chris is a warm and nurturing psychologist who is passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. He provides psychotherapy to clients in various states of distress and confusion about how to resolve it as they are often caught up in unhelpful ways of coping. He works with people enduring anxiety and depression, trauma, dissociative and addictive disorders. He helps those struggling with grief and loss, existential crises, relationship difficulties, work stress, motivational problems, identity issues, social alienation, withdrawal, isolation, loneliness, difficulties with culture and migration, and anger management. Chris has developed a keen interest in providing therapy to people trying to deal with performance-related challenges including procrastination, shame, fear of failure, motivational issues, and work-life balance. His therapeutic style is to listen with empathy, compassion, and thoughtfulness. Clients are invited to speak freely about whatever is on their mind without judgement. Being a military veteran himself, he understands trauma and adjustment many veterans struggle with.
