I’ve worked with a lot of clients who have had stated that their previous counselling experiences have been clinical, stale, judgemental, serious, confrontational, triggering and scary. I’m here to tell you that doesn’t have to be your experience, you deserve compassion, fun laughing, connection, no judgement while expanding comfort zones. I can help you understand the complexities of life, gain greater awareness of who you are and why you do what you do, identify unconscious negative thought patterns and conditionings that are no longer serving you and guide you to connect to what you truly want. Root-Cause Therapy is a trauma healing method that uses regression and progression practices which allow the completion of unprocessed emotions. Embodied Processing is a method of identifying where trauma is stored in the body, processing then releasing the emotions using specific techniques. Walk and talk/pet therapy with Rainbow sessions are just as they sound, outside of the therapists office in nature. Walking/Pet/Root Cause and Embodied Processing sessions are currently offered in Dapto and Fairy Meadow. If weather is bad or if you are out of area zoom, phone and video counselling is available on request. I help people who struggle with Drug and Alcohol , Mental Health, Dual diagnosis, ADHD and Trauma. Victims Services and NDIS available.
