Our Verification Process
1. Sign up for a listing
Complete your profile and submit your application through our website.
2. We verify your credentials
Our team checks your details against official registers and databases, which may include the AHRHA Register, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Training.gov.au (Certificate III and above), the NSW Carers Register, or any other relevant source appropriate to your role and qualifications.
3. Insurance and expiry confirmation
We confirm the currency of your insurance(s) and note any expiry dates for both registrations and cover — these will be monitored and followed up to keep your listing current and compliant.
4. We may contact you for further information
If we need anything additional to complete your verification, a member of our team will be in touch before your listing is approved.
5. Your listing is authorised and published
Once verified, your listing is approved and goes live — automatically added to our directory and interactive map.
6. Listing optimisation support
We’ll reach out to help you get the most from your listing, including tips to optimise it for search engines so clients can find you easily.
7. Promoted on our social media
New and recently approved listings are featured across our social media channels to give your profile a boost.
